Excellent breakfast and attentive staff. The location is safe and not far from the beach. It was great to have a large supermarket nearby. We loved the fact that the hotel is dog-friendly and provides for our furry friends. The free bikes and shuttle service to the dog beach were a plus. The rooms for four were spacious and comfortable.
The rooms were not soundproofed, so it was quite noisy. The Wi-Fi connection was not available during our stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel needs some renovation to give it a more updated look. However, overall it was an enjoyable experience spending New Year in this hotel.

Very good value for money. Hearty breakfast served until 11 am, daily fresh fruit and all kinds of pastries. The hotel lived different people, including children, but it was quiet. In walking distance to a large supermarket Pam (2 min) and the bus stop to Latisana (7-8 min). The beach is 10-12 minutes walk at a beautiful green streets. Staff is helpfull and friendly. Thank you!

Located just a short walk from the sandy beach, this pet, friendly hotel is a great choice for dog lovers. the hotel provides pet bowls, blankets, and even a shuttle to the dog, friendly beach. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with balconies that offer nice views of the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the large supermarket and pizzeria are only a few minutes away.
The hotel lacks Wi, Fi, which can be inconvenient who need to work or stay connected.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were fantastic. With free parking, I didn't have to worry about parking my car. The location was ideal as it was close to the beach, and I was able to enjoy some time there. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start my day.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and had a fridge which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a good area with a big supermarket and the beach within walking distance.
The hotel was not very clean and we found dog hair on the blanket. , the hotel allowed dogs to roam freely, which made the experience uncomfortable for guests who are not dog lovers or have allergies.
